Welch Architectural Signage - Custom Facility and Donor Recognition Signage

WelchToday we launched a Web site that I think is pretty damn cool. It's for Welch Architectural Signage, and it features some great design and a cool custom app.

Architects, builders, interior designers and others will all find solutions to their signage needs, whether that means donor recognition, ADA code compliant, or way-finding signs (I love that term.)

Flyte created a custom admin system that populates a database-driven portfolio that site visitors can search for examples of Welch's work.

Welch employees can upload images of new work and assign titles, descriptions and categories to each project through this admin system.

Flyte's custom programming also supports Welch's sales force. Instead of having to pull together expensive, glossy photos of past work, package them and mail them out to prospective clients, the sales force can rely on the new Web site to save them time and money. They just need to log into the admin system, find appropriate examples, and save them in a virtual portfolio.

This virtual portfolio is assigned a special URL which can then be emailed to prospective clients. This helps reduce the cost of materials for the sales force and speeds up the sales cycle.

Of all the custom apps we've built, I think this is my favorite...of course, I came from sales.
