There&#039;s no need for anybody to shirk off in silence since there are so many factors that enter into a buying decision. Business people need - and deserve to know reasons, and should encourage prospects to let them know.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You have been top of our list for a project my husband and I have and you&#039;ve been most patient. Your good customer care has proven to us that when/if we ever get funding for the project we will turn back to you and you and your company will get the business. You walk your talk!&lt;/p&gt;
