Good Food at the Maine Restaurant Association Expo

IMG_0046
Just got back from speaking at the Maine Restaurant Association's Expo on Social Media and Blogging; two separate presentations that gave me a chance to walk the aisles and check out the goods.

I can understand why they don't open the expo to the public; you'd have the entire state overrunning the civic center, grazing through the aisles. I found myself putting down a delicious, half-eaten shrimp roll so I could grab a mini-crab cake (or two.)

Just wish I didn't have to go back to work so I could have tried out that Jagermeister dispensing machine.

I also got to meet Ray of Ray's New York Bagels, definitely the best bagel you can get from your grocer's freezer. By the way, Hannaford, it's time to bring back Ray's onion bagels; your bagels just don't compare.

I wish I had a better camera than my iPhone, but I did take a bunch of pictures. Here's a slide show for your pleasure.
