I just finished listend to the 2009 NAPO Confernece CD. You class was one of my 5 favorites. I did have a question for you. You mentioned in that conference address that we should use an email feed to maximize our email campaigns. Will you please fill us in on what that is and the best way to go about it.
My marketing tip is to prepare a very solid 30 second elevator pitch. Practice it so it seems the words are fresh and new.
