&lt;p&gt;I did feel the book could have used more concrete case studies. We know @GaryVee has done very well, but that&#039;s hardly a case study. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I was hoping to see more of an enterprise perspective from Chris. I know he&#039;s worked with some of the biggest brands in retail and the book was surprisingly geared at small business.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Overall, it&#039;s a must have in your collection. Just don&#039;t count on it as a complete guide to social media; I&#039;m afraid some will do that. &lt;/p&gt;
