    Rich, this is a great big picture article. These are a rarity. I would love to see some follow-up posts with specifics all on aspects. My main take away from this article is: find where your customers are and target that. Adding to what you said, things like, Google Local listings if your customers are local, Facebook and Twitter if your customers actively participate in the social media sphere, etc.

    I would suggest give Clicktale a try. I’ve been using it for 2 months and it is neat to watch what your users do, I learned a lot.
